Submitted Feedback, voiceover issues on Chat GPT and Gemini on Safari

Below is the feedback I've submitted to Apple Accessibility. Can anyone testing the 15.5 beta release test the website to see if this bug is still present?

With macOS 15.4, there’s a strange issue affecting VoiceOver on the ChatGPT website. It's no longer possible to view ChatGPT's generated responses using VoiceOver’s standard navigation commands. While VoiceOver does read the response as it comes in (since it’s treated as a live region), that behavior isn't ideal. When trying to review the response later — under the “ChatGPT said” heading — the response is no longer visible to VoiceOver.

Reloading the page or copying and pasting the response elsewhere temporarily resolves the issue, but again, that’s not an ideal workaround. This problem only occurs in Safari, not in Google Chrome or other browsers. It also started with the 15.4 update — macOS 15.3.2 and earlier versions didn’t have this issue. Screen readers on Windows are unaffected, so this appears to be an Apple-specific issue that needs to be addressed in a future update, ideally in 15.4.1, as it significantly hinders productivity.

There are also focus-jumping issues with Google Gemini. For example, when Gemini replies and we attempt to review the response, VoiceOver focus occasionally jumps to the top menu bar.

These issues can be consistently reproduced on macOS 15.4, using Safari and VoiceOver, on both ChatGPT and Google Gemini websites. Apple should prioritize fixing this as soon as possible.

Edit, I just saw The Legendary BlindGuy07's comment, where he says: "So for this chatgpt bug with 15.4, on 15.5 beta 2 as long as we refresh the page after the final output is written we can read the output. For me it's frustrating for sure but way less bothering than before where it was simply impossible to read on safari with it. Plus refreshing the page is something common I'm used to do even on windows as well because because of teh generation speed and / or maybe with screen readers trying to follow everything the output sometimes gets partially trimmed. But I'll still consider this bug as being active."

For me, on mac OS 15.4, as long as I refresh the page; I'm able to read the output with voiceover. So it is the same, at least for me. But unlike like theBlindGuy I don't like refreshing the page unless I have to, so that's just as frustrating.
