Speech Central Finding Text Issue

Hello everyone!
So I am trying to find a text in my Speech Central book collection and the app seems to have the Finding feature broken. I enter very common words like Yes or This and none is found. This is not specific to a document, but all my documents seem to have the same issue.
BTW, I am running the latest MacOS with the latest version of the Speech Central app.
