For anyone looking for something like this I'd seriously think about using Blackhole instead of SoundFlower for a couple of reasons. You won't have the sound flowerbed application which is the one thing you'd be losing though that's easy enough to replicate in other ways, but in general Blackhole is just newer and more maintained. Unlike Soundflower, it's written as a user space audio driver rather than a kernel extension, so you need to jump through less hoops to get it installed, and it's less likely to make your system unstable if something goes wrong. It also already has full support for M1 Macs if you're using one and I've been running it with no issues for a few months now (there were some at first but they've all been resolved).

How can I record both computer and internal mic using blackhole, while still listening to voiceover speech? do I need to create a multi output device in audio midi setup?

you never needed to do that in the first place. Just choose sound flower as your output and it would record everything. I did this for years, until I used screen flow which si worth the almost 100 bucks as you can record your screen with it as well and it auto records yoru computer audio when you check a box.
