Separating VoiceOver from other system audio on a Mac: is it possible?

Is it possible to have VoiceOver separated from other system audio so that these can be heard through different sound output devices? Ideally, I would like VoiceOver to come through the speakers attached to my Mac Mini via the jack, with other audio going to a bluetooth speaker. Is this possible?

yes, it's possible. With mountain lion you can isolate voiceover from other sound output sources open the voiceover utilities with vo+f8. and in the newly opened window, find audio option there you can tell the computer which sound card voiceover must use. I think it's called integrated output or something similar I set it up because I have an airport express with 2 extra speakers but it works also in bluetooth, i used to play with my jabra street2 bluetooth remote control

I think you can do that through audio highjack and sounddflower.
