I'm a fan of ReadKit. It's not free, at least last time I looked, but it does a good job and offers a lot of customization options for hotkeys. Vienna is another (free) option, but I have no experience with it. ReadKit is in the Mac App Store, Vienna is open-source and must be found elsewhere. There may well be other options, web-based or in the form of apps, but I don't know about them.
I did not spend much time with Vienna but it seems perfectly fine if you only want to manage your own feed list and don't use any of the online RSS aggregators such as Feedly to track what you have read from whatever device you're using. If the latter is important to you, then you will want to go with ReadKit. It syncs with a bunch of different services.
I've heard of it but I no longer use rss. I hate it and for me it serves no use. I used to like it but got adicted so stepped away from it. I don't use feedly as well as the website is not accessible, well, close to it anyway.

Vienna RSS
I use the Vienna RSS.
It is free and very accessible with VoiceOver.

A question of feature needs
