Screen flow in Mac OS, working version

for those of you who use Screenflow like I do, if your using a version before 5.0.7 you may think your recording is working however when you conclude your recording you may notice that your document did not record.
Screen flow provided me with a link to download the latest 5.0.7 version, however this required a signup to there site with an inaccessible captcha.
They then provided me the following tweet when i requested a direct download, and i hope this helps you.
