Safari can not open some websites

Hello:
My internet is working, and i can access the google website etc, but some sites Safari refuse to open them,
when i use Chrome to open, it is working ok, so what can cause this?
I delete my history, and everything should work as expected,
an example from sites that safari refuse to open is:

Any help will be highly appreciated.
