Hi all. Guys please guide me and correct me also, if I am doing wrong
I have connected usb wired pc keyboard to MacBookAir, through a usb C hub.
The keyboard is working fine, but i m trying to modify remapping keys from Windows key to Opption key and Alt key to Command key.
In System Preferences I can’t able find keyboard/modify opption. In system preferences VO says blank finder.
And in systems settings/keyboard, dint got modified opption.
Pls guide how to remapp usb keyboard for macbook air.
Pls also guide should i enable Apple script in system settings? What it does, how important or improve VO experience in mac os and is their any issue if i enable it.
Thanks
Using macbook air M1 with current built.

Are you using Monterey or Ventura?

In Monterey system preferences>keyboard>keyboard tab there is a button called modifier keys. Have you tried it?

are you able to use control-windows key to work instead of control-option for VoiceOver commands? If so, are you sure you need to change function? You might only need to change the key label, in which case you should go ahead and relabel the windows key and the alt key.
