A useful overview
There were details here that I didn't already know. I suspect that some of the other Mac users on this forum will also find it valuable.
It wasn't made entirely clear in the podcast, but note that in the Mac OS menus, you can type the initial letters of a menu item to move focus to it, then press Return to select.
