Hi,
In my university Outlook-based webmail service for students, and when I open an email in quite normal HTML page, I browse to the body of the email and when I switch the QuickNav to read word by word, VoiceOver skip to the next link and it does not read word by word when I move with the down arrow, although it does still on Links.
I even noticed that in AppleVis site but I forgot exactly where it happens. Sorry for my lack of knowledge about explaining my problem in clearer terms as I am still new to OS X.
has anybody faced this problem?
Thank you all.

Use standard option-arrows
In Yosemite and later, you can simply use option-left or option-right, just like reading by word in a text field. Quick Nav should work as well--I just tested it here, on 10.11.1. You must be sure your rotor is on words; once Quick Nav is on, press up and left arrows, or up and right arrows, together until you land on words, then you can move by word within the current paragraph, link, or other "chunk" of text on the page. Use right or left arrow to move from chunk to chunk.
