Reading tracked changes in Pages

I have been using the latest version of Pages on my Air and find it very accessible and useful. I can easily review and edit documents and track changes for others' use. In Word, I can turn on the feature that allows JAWS to indicate where tracked changes are shown. In Pages, I have not found a way to review what is tracked, either by me or others. Any suggestions?
