Questions About Using the Main Facebook Site on the Mac

Hi all. Does anyone use the main Facebook site with the Mac, and can help me? I would like to really put people where they belong, friends, close friends, family, etc. Also if someone can help me filter posts so if I post about my dad John Q Public doesn't read it, but my family does? Not that I post about him, case in point. Thanks for any help you can provide. Siobhan

Hello. Whoever spotted my typing disaster and fixed it, thank you. I meant to, I think I saw it and clicked submit before I did. I appreciate it. I'm also sorry it looked so awful. :) I do have an IQ above a plant. ;)
