macOS and Mac Apps
Hi All,
I've been using Mac a long time but never really used Skype on it. So had a couple of questions.
1. When someone calls me, is it easy to answer the call? Is there a keyboard shortcut to answer or do you have to navigate around the screen and find a button or what?
2. When making a call, can you choose whether to make it a voice or video call? I don't see an option.
3. Can you accept a new contact request from within the app?
Many thanks,
Dave

If you're within Skype, you
If you're within Skype, you can answer an incoming call with command-shift-R. The mnemonic is "ring," because this is the same command used to start a call with a contact or conversation if you have it selected in the contact list or are viewing the conversation. A command-shift-R call will always start out audio only.

Thanks
