Question About the Photos App on the Mac

Hi everyone,
I am trying to add a title to the photos on my Mac. I had heard that I could add titles and captions and I looked up how to do it on Safari, but I can't figure out how to do it with Voiceover. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
