Problem with google translate website in Safari on macOS

Hello,

I have noticed an issue with Google Translate in Safari, and I am curious if you are experiencing the same problem.
As soon as I start typing the text to be translated on translate.google.com, the cursor jumps back to previous positions after entering a few words.
This makes it extremely difficult to type a complete sentence into the text field.

Best regards
Pawel

Hi,
I have the same problem, I think the space bar is recognized as a kind of click, or a validation of some kind, which is not a good thing in the middle of writing a text… In the meantime, I write elsewhere and I copy and paste in google translate..

I also encountered the same problem, but this seems to be a problem specific to Mac systems, because I used the same software to open the Google Translate page and input content on a computer running Win11, and everything worked fine. This looks really bad. My current method is to open a text editing app, write the content to be translated, and then paste it on the web page.

Yes, writing the text into textedit and than copying and pasting it into the google translate website is also my workaround.
