I have searched for this, but have haven't seen anything about this particular problem so sorry if I am covering something that has been asked before. I am trying to leave a comment on a video, but the comment box is a rich text edit box and I can't do anything with it. I have tried to interact with it and still nothing. Voiceover won't even speak the letters I am hitting. Is there a way to change that edit box from a rich text edit box to a plain edit box or is that something that the web designer has to do? If I can do it can some one please provide the step by step directions to do it as I am not very techie. Thanks so much.

What’s the link to the web page, so that we can take a look?

Hi,
Try changing the user agent to iOS 8.1 - iPhone by doing the following:
First, go to Safari preferences, Advanced tab.
Check the - "show develop menu in menu-bar" - checkbox if it isn't already checked.
Restart Safari.
Next, go to the develop menu in the menu-bar, Enter the user agent sub menu and select Safari iOS 8.1 - iPhone.
This always works for me as the iPhone version of the webpage Will not use the rich TextEditor but instead should use a standard edit text field.
I have found the user agent menu to be a really useful tool for lots of things actually.
HTH.
Chris

Please be aware that this might mess with other websites cinse the whole internet will think you're using an iphone instead of a mac.
So it might be worthwhile to try it but remember to put iit back where it was for other sites.

Scruffy Ted I am not sure I can post it here as it contains adult content. If it is not breaking any rules I'll gladly post it, but need to know if such links are permitted.

Thanks Chris R, but that didn't fix the problem because I then get a notification that there is no app to open iTunes for the video portion of the site.
