performance calls from on mac in OS X yosemity

hello!
i use in mac and i bump in bug in using strange languages.
i am use in hebrew language as main language.
i am pay attention wen i am call to number by means of iPhone from my mac, i can not to call.
wen i forward the main language to english, i can to call from my mac.
somebody has bump it in languages is not english, like hebrew, spanish or other languages?
