Pearson Education on Mac

Hello all,
I signed up for a course using Pearson's MyMathLab several months ago and it works well on PC's. However, when I try to sign in on Mac it says "Math XL Sign in" and it takes me to another login page where I have to enter my username and password, and then I get an error message telling me to contact Pearson Technical support. I can't access my work. It says it supports Mac, so I don't know if it's something I'm doing. I've tried clearing my cookies and browsing history, I did the Browser Check, and I even emailed Technical Support, but they are extremely hard to deal with and they don't answer my questions. I would really like to use my Mac to do my assignments, because I don't like the PC as much as I enjoy the mac, and I'm more familiar with the commands on the Mac. Any help would be appreciated.
