Navigating by specific heading levels on Mac

Hey everyone,
returning Mac user after a good 5 or so years without one. I'm slowly learning everything, but in the past I've seen people navigating by a specific heading level. Info from the Voiceover help section on web nav doesn't really seem to have anything about this?
I'm sure in the past you've been able to do VO 2 for heading level 2, 3 for heading 3, (or some variation there of). Now it all seems to be tied to hotspots and I can't figure out what it would be?
I'll try not to flood the forum in the coming weeks with 8000000 "how do I do this?" questions. 😂

You need to enable Quicknav with left and right aeros. then enable quick keys with VO Q. Then with Quicknav enabled, you can do numbers by themselves. It would be cool if they work with the VO keys.

As an alternative to using Quick Nav, you can navigate by headings at the same level of the focused heading by pressing VO-Command-M and VO-Command-Shift-M to jump to the next and previous heading, respectively.

Press VO+U to open the rotor, which lists items in the currently focused window. Press Left or Right Arrow if necessary to get to the list of headings. By default, the headings menu lists all headings at every level. Press a number key to list headings at that specific level.

Bonus feature: the VO+U rotor menu supports first-letter navigation. It's a quick way to jump to any item.
