Navigating Google Groups on Mac Safari

Hi!
I've seen for a time now, that many of you are using Google groups for communicating on many useful topics.
I've had a brief look at it, but I really can't figure out a efficient way of navigating the web-site on Mac Safari, or iOS either for that sake...
I can't use headings to navigate, and it seems like VO is reading a lot of stuff double and messing up links big time...
So how do you all do it? Since the web-site at first glans doesn't seem to be very accessible, is there some other solutions?
