Naming a VO activity in Yosemite

Hi! After updating to Yosemite, it seems that I'm no longer able to name new VO activities in the VO Utility settings. I just can't find an edit field or any other way to put in the name after the activity is created.
I don't remember exactly how this was done either in Mavericks or in MountainLion, but I certainly remember that it was doable and also pretty streight forward.
Is this another Yosemite bug, or has anyone figured out a way of doing this?
Thanks! :)

To name a voiceover activity first open voiceover utility by pressing vo f 8.

By the way the vo keys are the control and option keys.
Next press command 0 to go to activities.
Next tab to the add button and then press vo space bar on it.
Next type the name of the activity.

Thanks! Seems like it's possible to name the activity directly after hitting the Add button. If one messes up that step, there's no way of editing the name afterwards. So I just had to delete my activity called "no name" and then create a new one and naming it when creating it.
So it's I still can name an VO activity, but I cannot rename it afterwards. Don't know if that is a bug or if it's the way Apple intended...
Anyway, my problem was solved by creating a new one, so I'm happy! :)
Thanks again
