Music on Mac Not Syncing Playlist changes to iCloud Music Library

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed that changes I make to a playlist on the Mac Music app do not sync across all my devices. My iPhone, Apple TV, and Mac are all signed into the same account, and all have sync Music turned on. When I add a new album or song to Music on the Mac, this syncs across all my devices. The problem only seems to occur with updating playlists. I have tried updating my music library on the Mac, but the changes made to the playlist disappear after doing this. However, if I add or delete songs on a playlist using my iPhone, the changes sync across all my accounts instantly.
I have several large playlists with more than 1000 songs, and my music library has more than 11,000 songs.
Not sure when the issue began. I am running Mac OS Monterey, Version 12.3.1 on a MacBook Air M1.
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
