Moving icons on iPhone home screen using Mac

Hey guys, I am wanting to reorganise some of the apps on my phone but hate trying to rearrange them with VO on my iPhone because last time I tried I either messed up the layout of other apps that I didn't even touch because I don't want them moving, or it automatically created folders here there and everywhere that I didn't want. So is there a way I can rearrange them using iTunes in mac? I know this was possible on windows but never really used it. Thanks Callum.
