Mac Voice Over Help With Voices

Hello all,
I have a Macbook Air running the latest MACOS verson. When I click Comand, Control, option, shift and right arrow to go to where I can switch between voice over voices I have downloaded, when I click down arrow it has voices there that I thought I deleated the download for. I do not use them, and do not want them. With the one voice it says the name of it in the Alex voice. My question is how do I remove the voices for good that I will not use. When I go into system preferinces under speech under accessibility the voices I do not want are shown as unchecked but they are still showing up when I do the steps listed above.
Any help would be great!
