Mac Screen Recording App

Hi All,
I am finding a screen recording app for my Mac.
I would like to record video, and my voice.
The voiceover sound or system audio should not be captured.
I tried Quicktime before, it is not good enough
I would like to know whether OBS Studio is accessible or not.
Any good recommendations for Mac screen recording?
