Don't think there's an app for Netflix. . Skype is not in the mac app store probably due to the sandboxing restrictions. You can get it from Skype.com however, just like the windows version.

Unfortunately, there are no apps for Skype and Netflix located on the Mac App Store. You will have to download those manually.
Netflix: You will have to use the Netflix website, as there is no stand-alone Mac app.
