Live streaming on Mac questions

For those of you who live stream, how do you read chats etc, or know if for example, your stream glitches out and you go offline?
For context, I'm streaming on twitch on mac, via obs as i'm streaming games and I do need video or the gameplay to show on screen. Thing is, on windows, there is an app called firebot, which reads you stuff out loud as far as chat etc, but what is equivalent on the mac to do this? Also, is there any way to set up notifications to let you know if your stream glitches out and is no longer live?
Thanks for any help.

I did a fair bit of research, and I found,
https://www.speechchat.com/
which works as far as chats, although you'll either need sighted assistance or vocr to set it up the first time as far as getting your stream accounts connected and to configure settings, and you'll only be able to use it in crome, as safari isn't supported. Not the best in terms of accessibility maybe, but hey, it works.

Can you explain a bit about the basic setup of that, please?

You'll have to use vocr for some of this, but if you use the item finder, and type source, you'll find an add button. Once you press on the add button, you'll have to use ocr to select your type of source, wet-her this is to capture the screen of an app, set up the camera, set up an audio source etc. Do note though, that if your planning on streaming desktop audio on the mac, i.e, a app, you'll need an app like loopback, or sound flower to make this work, if not, your microphone will pick everything up and it won't sound good. I'll try to make a tutorial as far as set up.
Also, the connecting account as far as twitch goes is... not accessible, you'll have to use ocr to connect your twitch account. Youtube is accessible, but per testing, if say, your connected with your twitch account and then connect your youtube account or another account, obs will disconnect your first connected account for some reason. Honestly this is way easier explaining it via tutorial so... I'll be sure to make a podcast to upload to applevis to the best of my ability.
