Hi all I have my preferences set to all media to list but the album screen still shows the albums as icons. Is there anouther place to change the view to a list?
I think you may want to select the "Songs" radio button. (This is on a Mac, so I don't know what the equivalent would be on Windows). On a Mac the steps to get iTunes 11 back to classic mode are: 1) Selecting the "Songs" radio button, 2) Pressing Command+Option+S to show the sidebar (equivalently, navigate to the "View" menu on the iTunes menubar and select "Show Sidebar"), and 3) Pressing Command+/ to show the status bar (equivalently, navigate to the "View" menu on the iTunes menubar and select "Show Status Bar". Some people never use the status bar, but if you ever needed to find out the total size or playing time of your playlists and albums, this is where you found it,
