IText Express on the Mack

Hi everyone.
I have some questions about iText Express on the Mack and some questions about word processors in general.
If I have to create a paper and I need to do MLA format, how do I write my page number at the top. And also, if I want to double space do I go to the format menu and choose spacing? Also in general, when saving a document and you need a specific format, how do you know the options? When saving a document, it says document type: RTF. When I change it it says "iText Express Busy."
Thank you for the help.
Have a nice day.

Hi,
Personally, I would use pages for paper writing. With the free version of iText, formatting is limited. For a full fledged word processing, you need to get the pro version of iText.
However, you are correcting in editing line spacing to make the paper double spaced.

Hi. Thank you. How do you get to the spacing options in pages? There is a formatting group on the right side of the page. Do you know how dot get to that group so I can double space the paper with voiceover? Also, how much does the pro version cost?
Thank you for your help.

Hi Becca,
To get to line spacing, you stop interacting with the document layout area, swipe once to the right to the formatter group, and swipe over to text formatting scroll area. This is where you can set your text size, type of font and line spacing. Line spacing is all the way to the right. Interact with text formatter area and they are all there.

Sorry forgot to add, iText pro costs 13.99 in the mac app store. If you have any more questions, feel free to hit me up and I will do my best to assist. Admittedly, I'm not the most knowledgeable in pages, but teaching myself as I go along.
