Is it possible to do a podcast on imogee?

Hi all. I know that control option space brings up the imogee pallet, and i went ot use it to put on facebook. However is there an easier way then what I did? I interacted with the first table, got down to imogee, then went into the second, interacted, clicked objects, then after the virtical splitter I voice over space on the one i wanted, it said confirm so I did it again. I think Idid it three times, then used the keys to go to the close button and click it. see why I think there's an easier way? :) I'd appreciate any help. Thanks, Siobhan
