Issues with iCloud documents

Hi all,

I'm having some issues with iCloud and documents. When I check my iCloud storage settings on the Mac, it says I'm using 11.5 MB for documents and data and 5 MB for mail. I've deleted everything under the documents and data section on both iOS and OS X, but it's still saving hidden data like Blind Square config information and god knows what else in iCloud. How do I deal with this? Secondly, I don't have any mail in iCloud. All my mail folders are empty. Does anyone know what's going on here? Why is it saying there is stuff taking up some of my storage, yet I cannot change or delete it? Any help is appreciated.

If you double tap on the app in question, an info window should come up. Navigate to any file you don't want and use the rotor to delete it. Or, select edit>delete all to delete all data for the app.
