Inline - interactive - notifications with Voice Over?

Hi all, Another thing I'm having difficulty with ... Apparently we're meant to be able to reply to messages and mail from directly within the Notifications Center. Has anyone been able to do this? Can't work this out using Voice Over. I can browse through various notifications and even open the app where they came from. But I can't activate the Quick Reply field. Thanks for any help.
