Image description service for macOS or on the Web

macOS and Mac Apps

Hi all.

I'd like to know, if there are any apps for macOS or online services on the Web that describe images using artificial intelligence and work like Seeing AI (which is still unavailable on App Store in my country) or Taptapsee on iOS? This is very inconvenient when I permanently have to turn to my iPhone to describe some basic images. Also, descriptions in Taptapsee are pretty short and often inexact, especially when it comes to comparison with Seeing AI. And, of course, Facebook's alt text feature is not the deal at all because it requires to upload images to my FB page.

Thank you in advance for any advices. And excuse me for my far not perfect English.

I would also like a web service that could do some basic image description. By the way, it's not a Mac thing, but NVDA and Jaws, have the ability to read text found in images; this does not describe the image, but it is a very useful feature, especially when I'm doing accessibility testing and I need to figure out the function of a poorly labeled element.

Oh, thank you, that's exactly what I was talking about. Interesting fact: its descriptions are very much like Seeing AI's ones, maybe it is because of using Microsoft's technologies on this site.
