macOS and Mac Apps
Hi all!
I recently purchased iDatabase for mac. It seemed to be pretty accessible for IOS but I wouldn't call it accessible on the mac at all. Has anybody used this and if so what are your comments? I am thinking about asking the app store for a refund. Has anybody done this and how difficult is it and will they do it if the app is not very accessible?
Thanks,
Jim

Step up from iDatabase
Just started with iDatabase creating a database of Hymns and Choruses that will show me the title, copyright info, Verse lyrics, Chorus lyrics, etc. But there seems to be only two views, and both of them show ALL fields. I was hoping that I would be able to create a couple of different layouts: 1) Only Title and author, and 2) show only a list of authors. Can iDatabase do this, or is there a more expensive version that will allow more flexibility.
Also, I can't seem to connect with a real support person. Just posts on the FAQ, which, unfortunately, does not answer MY questions.
Ask for refund sooner
I think the window of opportunity for asking for a refund is up to 48 hours, after which you are less likely to get a refund. I had tried the app on the iphone but didn't like the results I got.
