How to switch between disks on Apple Silicon Macs using VoiceOver?

Hello! Recently I've got a Mac and I've joined the Apple Beta software to use the latest macOS Ventura. I've installed that OS on a secondary volume, because I didn't want to break my daily driver. But, I've some problems with these volumes. How can I switch between them more efficiently? I don't want to change the startup disk every time when I want to switch to Monterey or Ventura. It takes so long when it boots in the OS after changing the startup disk. I already know how to switch between disk once by holding the power button when the Mac starts, but then? How can I use VoiceOver to change the disk I want to boot? And an other question, how can I make VoiceOver on Ventura start at log in? In Monterey this thing can be done from accounts and groups section from the system preferences app. Anyway, I like my new Mac. But however, if you wish to continue to run windows on apple silicon Mac, you should keep your old computer. UTM has audio delay, and this thing can be annoying when you want to play something. I've used parallels but it is not accessible. It is faster than UTM but it is not free and I don't want to pay 100 dollars every year for games only. I could use parallels after trial has expired by changing the date at the moment when I activated my trial period, but it is annoying to do this every time when I want to start windows. Anyway, can you tell me what is the solution?
