How to podcast?

I need some assistance with get my podcast up and running. I record my audio with Audio Hijack and a Samson Meteor Mic so my sound is good. I have my webpage up and running but I am stuck on there to upload my audio to and then link to it from my webpage. I use blogger for my page which is probably my first mistake. I have a Dropbox and SugarSync account as well as an account with archive.org so storing my audio on the net is no problem. I just can't figure out an accessible way to bring it al together and get a media player on my page. I appreciate any suggestions and help with this. Please email me at mike@howtobeblind.com.
