How do I silence column and row number announcements in Apple Mail in Big Sur?

Hi and, well, please help! Now that I have Big Sur, every time I arrowed up or down in my Apple Mail in box, VoiceOver says "column number x, row number y", with x being the actual column number and y being the actual row number. I would really like VoiceOver to stop doing that, but after a lot of searching I can't find where to turn it off. Can anyone tell me, well, where to go?
