Help needed with remapping keys for use with a Windows VM on a MacBook Pro

I just got windows 7 running in fusion on my mac. I have found lots of posts on here about different ways to map keys. I tried sharp keys but my windows is 64 bit and when I tried installing it it gave me an error. I also tried doing it from in fusion but the keys I wanted to use were not in the list of 13 keys. I also read something about carabiner but not sure if it works on windows 7 and just wanted to get some help/ideas on what program to use and how to use the program that is suggested. If it is possible I would like to turn the right command and option keys into insert and applications keys and still have the left ones behave normally. Or is there other keys that are already set up so I don't have to map new ones? Thank you.
