help! mack wont let me sign into my iCloud acount info to see my iCloud info

um, guys, I am in a, well, a vary complicated situation on MacBook.
I tried to access my iCloud information, preferably that were using the sign in with Apple feature, I enter in my Apple ID password and it gives me a random error code number 15 for iCloud, so basically it won't let me login and gives me error 15, does anybody know what this error could be and how I could solve it?
