Hack Run Help

Hi all, Can anyone help me on level... 43 I believe? Can't remember the number but, what is the code to transmit on the radio? Looking at the message ID, it's Rec1. If there's a bigger peace to the picture to this puzzle I'm missing, let me know and/or give me a hint. The hint was good enough and the answer told to transmit a message to the Zorgornk race or whatever it is rather than the other one who created that compound. Otherwise I'm not sure what the code is. I type transmit rec1 and it says no response and the answer command doesn't actually tell me what it is, so I'm a bit stuck. Thanks.
