hello,i wish to start using chrome on my mac running 10,14, but when i run it, i keep receiving popups such as is your mac slow? and other annoying adds, even though i have as far as i know, turned off adds and popups is this normal? do i have to enable accessibility within chrome settings, or is that just for chromevox, and can i use chromevox next, within mac osx? i like the sound of google chrome, seems less busy than safari. Hope someone can assist me Will ,

this is not normal for Google Chrome on the Mac platform. I am a beta tester for macOS Catalina 10.15 and use the Canary build of Chrome. I would redownload Chrome and then delete your current installation then replace the Google Chrome .app file. As far as I know, Chromevox Next is not supported via the chrome extension, but that was a few years ago I was using ChromeVox Clasic and it may have changed.
