Forgive the fact that I am coming from the app store more prior to Catalina when it was totally revamped, so I'm still to this day on Big Sur trying to get my head around interacting with all the different collections, and sections, etc. Quite frankly, I know a ton of you think this way's more intuitive, but honestly, I think it's very clunky, and extremely sloppy. That's just me though, but anyway, I digress.
I found a bug with Night Owl, or as most of you would know it, YoruFukurou, the Twitter client. I find the other Twitter mac apps like Twitterrific, Tweetings, Syrinx, etc to be very difficult for me to navigate effectively. But anyway, that isn't the point of this post. I found a bug where when focused on a tweet in my home timeline buffer, if I hit d for dm, I'm told send direct message, but unlike before, focus doesn't land in the tweet text box, and when I go there manually, it doesn't have the populated d @username like before. I went to find the developer's contact info through the app store, which was a chore and a half for me, but I finally did it. Looks like the only way to reach them is on Twitter @YoruFukurou. I went to follow them, but the popup button in the drawer to do so isn't there, and everythging says N/A. Looks like when I open their buffer, that the last thing tweeted was in 2013, and their profile isn't populated. So, number 1, I wonder if there is another more current way to reach the devs. Second off, in the app store, regardless this app, or another, how do you determine step by step keystroke by keystroke when the latest update was released? I'm just trying to figure out ultimately how to contact the devs and report this bug.
