Enabling the web TTS voice in cycle path

I recently formatted my MacBook air
I reinstalled the games that I had before and cannot get the web TTS voice on cycle path to enable, in the options menu, it says it is on even though it is not on, I tried to change the on too off and it would not save the changes when I exited. any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you ever get this resolved? I am experiencing the same issue on my new iMac. Enabling the web TTS in Dark Defender works just fine, but not with Cyclepath.
