How can i select a track in audacity and how can I edit only the selected track? Usually pressing space will play everything together and I need to edit tracks individually in order to mix everything together in the final part. In Amadeus pro, I need to achieve the same thing. Also how can I go to the beginning and end of a track in Amadeus pro?

In Audacity, press enter to toggle the selection of a track on or off. To hear that track, use shift-s for Solo. All tracks marked as solo will play, and all others will be muted, while all selected tracks will be edited. Note that you can select tracks without soloing them and vice versa; the two modes are not related.

How I change tracks (e.e changing from track 1 to track 2) and what you mean when you say that tracks are edited together? Say if track two has a silence between 0.2 and 0.4 seconds and I remove it I want to let track one untouched between its 0.2 and 0.4 seconds, meaning that my actions must take efect only in the track I am. How can I select or unselect multiple tracks to play together as solo?
