Trying to install bootcamp on my Mac HD, running bigsur latest update, i got this message:
Verifying the startup volume will cause this computer to stop responding.
This may last for several minutes or hours. To avoid this, you can run First Aid while in Recovery.
I hit continue, and i got a message after 2 or 3 minutes, that it's ok.
I run this task again from the recovery, by hitting, Cmd+R while opening, and i got the same alert.
now, what can i do to fix my HD? and is it damaged? or what can i do?

Did you first aid?
Go to the recovery then navigate to disk utility then navigate to to your disk, go to the toolbar and select first aid.
