Defining a custom command to go to previous page in Safari

Using Mac OS Ventura, is there a way to create a custom command in either Keyboard or Trackpad commander, that would let me quickly go back to the previous page in Safari? My MacBook came with an English keyboard, but I am actually using the Spanish ISO keyboard layout as set in settings. I know commands can change a bit based on your keyboard layout, and I've tried getting it to work, and can't seem to stumble on the right key combination. So, in VO Utility, under commands, is there a way to create a custom command for this? I was hoping a two finger scrub left and right would do it like on iPhone and iPad, but no luck there. Jumping all the way back to the toolbar can be rather annoying, but so far that's the only way I've found.
If anyone either knows the right command on a Spanish keyboard layout, or how to do this with a custom command, it would be a huge help. I looked in the options under commands, and couldn't find it, but I could be missing something.
