Data Basis software for Mac?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of an accessible data base software for the Mac?
I've been using Microsoft Access for a few months but I wondered if there's something similar to Access for the Mac that works reasonably well or is fully accessible with VoiceOver?
