I have a website that is powered by Wordpress. It is not a Wordpress site. It is my own website that has Wordpress installed on it. I have always found the Wordpress web interface to be very lacking in the area of accessibility. It eventually got to the point that it was inaccessible, to me anyway. Years ago, I began to use MarsEdit to upload articles. Then I began to encounter an XML error, when trying to upload content. I was never able to resolve the issue. I did then and still do write all my content in Pages. When I stopped using MarsEdit, a sited person started uploading my content for me. I just copied and pasted into a shared note and they copied and pasted into the Wordpress web interface. They are no longer able to help me to the degree that they did and so I am again looking for an accessible way to upload the content myself. I have thought of updating MarsEdit to the current version and again trying to solve the XML issue. Before I do that, does anyone have recent experience with MarsEdit and can give me an update on the current state of VO accessibility with it? Alternatively, can anyone recommend an accessible app, either for the Mac or iPhone, which would do what I want and is accessible? Again, I do all my writing in Pages. I just need to be able to copy and paste and upload. The editing portion of the app only needs to be accessible enough for me to make sure the formatting is correct. My formatting is simple, just normal paragraphs and the occasional link. I have a 2015 13 inch MacBook Pro and am running Mac OS Big Sur. I'm running IOS18 on my iPhone SE 2. Any and all thoughts and observations are welcome.

Learn Markdown.
You write it as text. I'm pretty sure the Wordpress editor has a Markdown mode. I don't know how you deal with it because i haven't touched Wordpress in ages. But basically, write your Markdown, start your article in the editor in Markdown mode, and paste your Markdown text into the article body, as far as I understand it. Done.
Since you write Markdown as plain text, you can write it in anything. Obviously if you still want to use Pages you'll have to export as plain text, probably.
