Hello all:
am on mac os 13 latest version, even when i was on 12, Command accent is not working inside apps, it is working only in finder, but text edit, mail, anything, not working.
so, what did i do to disable this? and how can i enable this again to be able to cycle between open windows inside same app?

To adjust shortcuts...
Hi Ramy,
Do the following:
1. Go to System Settings > Keyboard.
2. On the Keyboard page, click on the "Shortcuts" button.
3. On the Shortcuts page, the first table you come to you will want to 'Down arrow' to "Keyboard shortcuts".
4. VO to the right, and there will be another table. Inside this table is the shortcut you are looking for, as well as several others.
I am on macOS 13.6.3 just fyi.
