Backup Hard disks other than the system one using TIme machine, can i?

Hello all:
I love time machine, and hoep that i can use it to backup my data on all my hard drives.
But can not see an option that can allow me to backup my Other hard deskss to An external backup devices.
Is there a solution? or i should use another app?
